Terms & Conditions for noceph Platform Use

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "noceph" refers to the online gaming platform operating at noceph.net, including all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, game lobbies, and account management systems.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a noceph account or is accessing the noceph platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered noceph player account created upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Platform" refers to all services, games, features, and functionality offered through noceph, including the casino lobby, sportsbook, bingo lobby, slot section, and fishing games.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, free bingo tickets, cashback amounts, or any other incentives granted by noceph subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and noceph's internal compliance procedures.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that issues and oversees noceph's operating license.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action defined as a violation of this Agreement, including but not limited to fraud, match-fixing, collusion, and use of automated betting tools.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use noceph, you must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is set by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. noceph employs age verification procedures during and after registration. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any deposited balance refunded to the original payment source after deducting administrative processing costs where applicable.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

noceph is licensed by PAGCOR to provide online gaming services to residents of the Republic of the Philippines only. Registration is restricted to individuals with a valid Philippine residential address and a Philippine mobile number. Players who relocate outside the Philippines following registration must notify noceph and may have their accounts restricted pending review of applicable regulations.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To successfully register a noceph account, you must provide accurate and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID
• A valid, active Philippine mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A valid email address that you own and control
• Your current residential address within the Philippines

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account suspension without refund of bonus funds.

2.4 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one noceph account. Household members sharing the same residential address are each permitted one individual account, provided each person independently satisfies all eligibility and verification requirements. Players suspected of operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts suspended pending investigation, and any bonus winnings generated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your noceph login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. noceph will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact noceph support immediately via live chat and change your password.

3.2 Account Activity Liability

All activity conducted through your noceph account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. noceph is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has shared login details with a third party.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

noceph may request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to during registration, prior to processing withdrawal requests, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents for Philippine players include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, and PRC ID. noceph reserves the right to temporarily restrict account functionality pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.

3.4 Account Currency

All noceph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise explicitly stated. noceph does not guarantee any specific exchange rate for cryptocurrency deposits and the PHP equivalent applied at the time of deposit processing is final.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

noceph currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and noceph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options with reasonable prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of the noceph platform following login. noceph reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time in accordance with regulatory requirements or risk management considerations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically process within one to three Philippine banking business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, Philippine public holidays, or when additional verification is required. noceph does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

noceph is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing regulations. noceph may request additional documentation for large or unusual transactions, report suspicious activity to the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council), and delay or suspend transactions pending compliance review. Cooperation with noceph's compliance requests is a condition of continued account access.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, free bingo tickets, cashback credits, and reload incentives offered by noceph are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated pending winnings will expire and be forfeited at the end of the validity window.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

noceph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., arbitrage, hedging) exclusively on bonus funds to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, noceph reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

noceph reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the noceph platform. Continued participation in a promotion after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on noceph — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, and fishing games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently certified for fairness. noceph does not control the underlying game mechanics and the results of all certified games are entirely random. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure during a game session, any affected game round may be declared void at noceph's sole discretion. Wagers placed on void rounds will be returned to the Player's real money balance. noceph is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions outside its direct control, including player-side internet connectivity issues.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If a Player is disconnected from the platform mid-game, noceph's servers will continue to process the active game round according to the game's rules. The result will be recorded and available for review in the Player's game history upon reconnection. noceph is not responsible for losses directly caused by the Player's internet disconnection.

Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

noceph reserves the right to refuse or limit any sports bet at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity and pre-set maximum stake limits. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are indicative; final odds are confirmed at the time of bet acceptance. In fast-moving markets, odds may change between selection and submission of a bet slip.

7.2 Obvious Errors

Where odds are published due to a manifest error (e.g., an obvious pricing mistake, data feed error, or incorrect event information), noceph reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds, regardless of whether they have been confirmed as settled. Players will be notified of any such void and stakes returned to their account balance.

7.3 Match Integrity

noceph takes match integrity seriously and actively monitors betting patterns for irregularities that may indicate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other forms of sports corruption. noceph cooperates with sporting bodies, PAGCOR, and law enforcement agencies in relation to match integrity investigations. Bets placed on events later found to be corrupted may be voided and winnings forfeited.

7.4 Results and Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing sporting body (e.g., PBA official standings, NBA official box scores, UFC official results). noceph's settlement decisions are based on these official sources and are final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the noceph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or ineligible under these Terms
• Registering or operating more than one noceph account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods for deposits
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human participation
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or social means
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing noceph staff or other players via any communication channel
• Laundering money or using noceph for any purpose related to financial crime

Responsible Gaming

9.1 Our Commitment

noceph is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment. We recognize that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors, and we take our responsibility to these players seriously. All responsible gaming tools described in this section are available to every verified noceph player at no charge and without restriction.

9.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are accessible from the Account Settings section after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after specified durations of continuous platform use.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed and no exceptions will be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from noceph. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once confirmed, are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. Players self-excluding for problem gambling will not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period.

9.3 Platform-Initiated Restrictions

noceph reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account — including deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion — where our responsible gaming monitoring systems identify patterns indicative of problem gambling. Such restrictions may be applied without prior notice where the Player's welfare requires immediate action.

Privacy & Data

noceph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and noceph's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the noceph platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and database content — is the property of noceph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the noceph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any commercial exploitation of noceph platform content without prior written consent from noceph is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, noceph's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. noceph shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits or loss of opportunity
• Losses arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond noceph's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain credential security
• Any decision made by the Player in reliance on information provided on the platform that does not constitute financial or gambling advice

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits noceph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, the Player must submit a formal dispute to noceph support via live chat or email within 30 days of the disputed event. noceph will investigate and provide a written response within 14 business days. If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its established regulatory complaint process. noceph's logs and records shall constitute primary evidence in any dispute resolution proceeding.

Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

Players may close their noceph account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any applicable outstanding wagering obligations on bonus funds. Bonus funds remaining in the account at time of closure will be forfeited.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by noceph

noceph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other Philippine authorities, failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes, or conduct that is harmful to the platform or other players.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account, the Player's license to use the noceph platform is immediately revoked. Real money balances will be returned subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Amendments to These Terms

noceph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the noceph platform. Continued use of noceph following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using noceph and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms & Conditions published on the noceph platform at the time of any dispute shall be the version that governs that dispute, unless the disputed action occurred under a prior version, in which case the prior version will apply to that specific dispute.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9287 (Illegal Numbers Games Law), and the rules and regulations issued by PAGCOR. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

noceph's PAGCOR license governs the platform's regulatory obligations. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as limiting PAGCOR's authority over noceph's operations or a Player's right to raise a regulatory complaint with PAGCOR directly.
